Our Policies

FREDROCK POLICIES

-Quiet Hours 10pm-7am
-No littering. Leave no trace. Dispose of all trash in the dumpster.
-No Smoking of any kind inside unique stays - $500 fee if rule is broken
-No pets at our Unique Stays, $500 fee if this rule is broken.
-RV pets MUST be leashed at all times. And pick up after your pet.
-No glass near river or on trails.
-No unaccompanied children at any time.
-Do not leave any food unattended outside.
-No gas powered recreational vehicles (Atv, side by sides, dirt bikes, golf carts, ect.)
-Campground speed limit is 5 MPH, please do not speed. Our roads are also walkways.
-Check-In and Out at your scheduled times, unless other time is authorized by managment in advance.
-No fireworks on property.
-No unattended fires.
-No unauthorized visitors allowed on property. We do not want an over crowded campground and parking is limited.

Check-Out Time: 11am
ARRIVAL TIMES
3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
A 100 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. Pets are only allowed at the RV sites. No pets at our Unique Stays, $500 fee if this rule is broken. RV pets MUST be leashed at all times. And pick up after your pet.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be done through email, Fredrock.us@gmail.com We offer a full refund if cancelled prior to 14 days to the date of your check-in. *After these dates the full amount of your reservation becomes non-refundable and/or non-transferable to a new date. You can gift your reservation to a friend or family member to use for the orginal booking date. We do recommend protecting your trip at the time of your booking by purchasing WorryFree Coverage, incase of illnesses, including COVID-19, or a death in the family that might arise. We do NOT cancel reservations due to illnesses, so make sure you are covered with WorryFree! Adding WorryFree Coverage is easy, just make sure you select it when making your reservation. In order to receive your full refund within those 14 days.
